Yes. Our Marketing Only package is designed for owners who want professional marketing, advertising, leasing support, rental rate analysis, and tenant placement services while continuing to self-manage the property.

We perform a detailed rental rate analysis using local market data, comparable properties, current demand, and property-specific features. Our goal is to help owners maximize rental income while maintaining competitive market positioning.

We utilize a comprehensive screening process that may include credit review, income verification, rental history verification, background screening, and other qualifying criteria. Our objective is to place qualified residents who are more likely to fulfill their lease obligations and care for the property.

Owners enrolled in qualifying management packages may receive our 12-Month Lease Guarantee. If a tenant placed and qualified by Resolute RDM does not fulfill at least 12 months of their lease agreement, we will replace that tenant at no additional leasing fee, subject to program terms and conditions.

Surevestor Protection offers additional coverage options that may include eviction protection, lost rent protection, malicious damage coverage, tenant accidental damage coverage, and lawsuit protection. Coverage availability depends on the selected management package and enrollment status.

Residents can submit maintenance requests through our online systems, and our team coordinates repairs using qualified vendors and contractors. Emergency maintenance support is available 24 hours a day for qualifying management packages.

Rental proceeds are typically distributed through electronic ACH deposits directly into the owner's designated bank account. Owners can also access financial information through their secure online portal.

Yes. Owners receive access to online reporting tools, including monthly and annual financial reporting, property information, and important documents through the owner portal.

Yes. Qualifying management packages include annual electronic 1099 reporting and financial documentation designed to help simplify tax preparation.
