Ryan Cadwell is a Partner at Resolute RDM, an Indianapolis-based real estate firm specializing in commercial investment and property management. With over 17 years of experience and credentials including CCIM® (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager), Ryan brings deep expertise in income-producing assets, value-add strategies, syndications, and ground-up development across the Indiana and Missouri MSA’s.

With a rich background in property management since 2014, Danika brings expertise and passion to helping others navigate the world of renting. A Ball State University alum, she holds a Bachelor’s degree with a minor in Property Management and has received her CPM certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Outside of work, Danika is a food enthusiast who loves exploring Indiana’s diverse breweries and restaurants, collecting different types of houseplants and perfecting her culinary skills at home. We’re proud to have her on our team!

Currently pursuing CPM certification with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Lanell is committed to continuous learning and professional development. Lanell enjoys life’s simple pleasures when not immersed in her work – gardening (don’t tempt her with a good plant!), hiking, and exploring new destinations.
